Retail Manager - Clocks and Colours+-

As theĀ Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales associates, inventory, scheduling, and overseeing the general operations of the Clocks and Colours flagship store. You are a motivating leader and drive the business by challenging and supporting your team to provide exceptional service and create lasting relationships with each of our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales and Customer Service

  • Assess sales performance and work with corporate to set targets

  • Maintain a pristine store image by following merchandising standards

  • Identify and implement merchandising improvement opportunities to help drive sales and keep the store looking and feeling fresh

  • Act as an ambassador for the brand, our loyalty program, and our customer engagement strategies (email, SMS, social, forums)

  • Ensure high-quality customer service from the entire team

  • Resolve customer conflicts

  • Demonstrate sales leadership by maintaining an active role on the sales floor

  • Demonstrate exceptional product and brand knowledge

Inventory Management

  • Ensure accurate inventory with audits and full counts

  • Place weekly product/ inventory buys to maintain a healthy stock level in all categories and input all received products

  • Maintain inventory and place re-stock orders for any third-party brands that may be carried

  • Act as a partner between customers, sales associates, company leadership, and brand representatives

Operations Management

  • Develop, execute, and continuously improve all operational activities to ensure the store exceeds financial and customer experience and maintain brand consistency

  • Ensure all operations and financial procedures are followed properly

  • Hire, train, and manage sales staff

  • Manage schedule to adjust hours based on sales and fluctuating projections

  • Ensure the store and stock room are thoroughly cleaned

  • Manage warranty and exchange program

  • Maintain all retail procedures documentation

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-3 years of experience managing a retail store

  • Experience within the accessories space preferred

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Interest in social media management and/or content gathering

  • Experience with fashion styling

Wholesale Account Manager - Vitaly+-

Vitaly is seeking a Wholesale Account Manager to join our Canadian team. Reporting to the President, the Wholesale Account Manager's main objective is to drive acquisition of new wholesale and retail distributor accounts in the US, Canada, and internationally, and manage relationships with existing accounts. This role will work closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Operations teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build a sales pipeline in accordance with targets.

  • Take a lead role in the development of proposals, presentations, and materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.

  • Work with the Creative and Marketing teams to ensure all necessary sales collateral is in place, current and distributed to all partners.

  • Oversee all negotiations.

  • Track performance and report metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 years of experience in the fashion industry with a successful track record in B2B sales.

  • Excellent negotiation, verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting and budgeting.

  • Highly self-motivated, and able to execute new wholesale partnerships from research and outreach to final negotiations.

  • Ability to deliver presentations and sales pitches.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level.
